Fran Stephenson, APR is a communications leader with extensive experience in the field. As principal of Step In Communication, she assists clients in tourism, health care and the military. Prior to running her own public relations company, she was director of corporate communications for Rackspace Hosting and director of communications for SeaWorld San Antonio. She contributes to her clients’ success by providing strategic counsel, smart programs and sensible measurement and analytics. She has served in many community and industry associations including the board of PRSA San Antonio and Guide Dogs of Texas. Fran holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Studies from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Claire Larson

Communications Strategy

Her copywriting and public relations strategy practice has included healthcare, retail, travel and tourism, and non-profit advocacy. Most recently, she served as New Media Strategist for a political consulting firm, working on local, state, and presidential campaigns. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Larson served our country in the United States Army. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and history from the University of Maryland, University College.
